Community Connection and Collaborations

I work independently and collaboratively with other workshop facilitators and wellbeing focussed practitioners to design and facilitate events in varied settings - from holistic wellness retreats, galleries and museums, yoga and mindfulness teachers, festivals, community organisations and the workplace, as well as working with other artists on varied creative projects.

let’s work together!

Are you a workshop facilitator looking to collaborate on an event or project, or an events venue looking to host creative and wellbeing focused events?

I love to collaborate with other workshop facilitators and wellbeing focussed practitioners to design and facilitate events in varied settings - from holistic wellness retreats, galleries and museums, yoga and mindfulness teachers, festivals, community organisations and the workplace, as well as working with other artists on varied creative projects.

I can put my mind to anything when it comes to designing and leading a workshop or creative project within any setting.  My workshops are often focused on mindful creativity.  Some are thematically led and take the form of a masterclass delivered with historical context and theory.    They are not necessarily about skill-based art or learning new techniques, they are about following intuition, engaging and playing with materials and taking a mindful moment to relax and explore creative potential!

I am always happy to collaborate with other practitioners, companies, artists, educators and organisations, coffee shop/restaurants with event spaces (you name it!) and I would love to hear from you.

Let’s have a chat about how we can work together!

Current and Previous Collaborations:

I host Creative Workshops, Co-Host Wellbeing Retreats and Collaborative Projects with a number of companies such as the wonderful Grow With Solis, NMSOA, and Common Room Social Workshops .

I deliver regular monthly Collage Clubs hosted at Levenshulme’s community-powered art centre Levy Old Library’s Art Clubs . These workshops are relaxed and playful and I set a new theme for each session!

Set within the walls of the Silk Museum in Macclesfield, my workshops with NMSOA are thematically based masterclasses laced with a bit of historical context and space for group discussion and idea exploration. Previous collage workshops have been focused on themes of Midsummer, woven with connections to Midsummer Night’s Dream.

I have worked with PANDAS UK to deliver my Blossom and Bloom “Collage for Wellbeing” session as part of their perinatal wellbeing sessions. This was a light hearted workshop, designed to help bring focus to the present moment, free and calm the mind and empower new parents and parents - to - be through creative expression and discovery.

I have delivered Masterclass Workshops for organisations such as Salford Student’s Union and I have worked on numerous community based Arts and Health projects, including working as the Creative Director and Design Lead of the BBC recognised Creativity and Wellbeing School, Sketchbetter.

I have facilitated and supported workshops on a voluntary basis for various programmes at Arc, one of the UK’s leading arts and mental health charities that provide arts programmes to improve mental well-being. I have designed and led workshops for their Age Well Community Programme and their Saturday Art Clubs as well as providing voluntary support for their Creative Enterprise and Adult Wellbeing Community Programmes held at Gallery Oldham.

I participated in and worked as one of the artists for Cabasa Carnival Arts “Metamorphosis” project exhibited at Gallery Oldham - an ongoing research and development which explores how body painting can be an empowering tool to boost confidence and wellbeing.
