Creative journalling COLLAGE workshop

The Session

Collage journalling can be a powerful tool for personal reflection and to help you visually explore your inner life, thoughts, feelings, hopes and dreams.

Throughout this two hour collage session you will delve into a wide selection of paper materials, choosing images and words that are relevant or that you feel drawn to in some way, to create your own unique journal page, combining images and words to express thoughts, memories and dreams through the art of collage.

Designed to free and calm the mind, unlock creativity, and inspire the imagination, through self discovery and play. This collage session aims to nurture a sense of wellbeing, helping you to creatively explore aspects of the self that are hidden from your conscious awareness, discovering “a bit of you” in the depths of papery planes, whilst manifesting a vision for future direction as we move through into the new season.

Autumn is the perfect time to engage with your creative flow. A time for balance, harmony, introspection and reflection; we will use this session to create a personal piece for you to take away, keep and reflect upon as we enter the cooler and darker months ahead.

Perfectly suitable for beginners, dabblers and seasoned collagists wanting a bit of time to yourself for a mid-week mindful moment.
